Description of Animal Breed: Miniture Pinscher Age: 6 Years

Description of Incident: Two pet dogs were accepted at Delta Ticket Counter in Munich Germany. Upon arrival in ATL the kennels were unloaded. One of the dogs was not moving. Upon further investigation it was determined that the dog was deceased.

Cause of Incident: The pet was taken to Briarcliff Animal Clinic for a necropsy. The diagnosis was severe pulmonary congestion and edema with multifocal alveolar over-distension; distal collapsing trachea; and retroperitoneal lipoma.
